7+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application DevelopmentAt least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead capacityExpert-level knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core, .NET 5–8)Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices in AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS)Mastery of MS SQL Server — including performance tuning, complex query optimization, and schema design
