Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application Development
• At least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead capacity
• Expert-level knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core, .NET 5–8)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices in AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS)
• Mastery of MS SQL Server — including performance tuning, complex query optimization, and schema design
• Significant Angular experience
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and driving large-scale architectural decisions
