Lead, Global Demand Planning

The Lead, Global Demand Planning drives and optimizes Demand Management processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to consolidate and measure Demand Forecast Accuracy and Bias across all markets. This role ensures alignment of the IBP plan with SAP material load forecasts to direct resource allocation, production, and deployment decisions while managing bid reviews and demand control processes. The position acts as a conduit between the Commercial and Supplier Organizations, providing an unconstrained view of market demand to drive capacity planning and production priorities.
