About this role
The Team Lead for Shared Services at Payoneer will be the primary point of contact for employer requests and accountable for the performance and delivery of the Shared Services team within the Workforce Management business unit. The role oversees client relations and day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes, SOPs and SLAs while collaborating with internal centers of excellence and partners. This position is remote and supports continuous, often 24/7 operations across regions.
