About this role

The Lead, Ground Segment oversees the delivery of mission-ready ground systems that support end-to-end planning, command, and assessment of high-speed aircraft missions. This role owns the ground control station, operator interfaces, and mission planning and debrief tools, ensuring they are integrated and ready for operations. It combines hands-on technical work with leadership of engineers focused on ground mission systems. The position operates within a hypersonic aerospace context and works closely with other segment leads and program stakeholders.
