Lead Ground Systems Engineer

The Lead Ground Systems Engineer will own the systems engineering execution for a satellite command and control ground system program, defining and ensuring the successful implementation of mission requirements across command and control infrastructure and ground station networks. This role involves leading requirements, verification, and validation efforts from concept through deployment, while serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires translating mission needs into actionable engineering solutions, leading system trade studies, and overseeing integration and testing to ensure mission readiness and operational availability.
