Lead Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer

This role leads the development, tuning, and validation of flight control, navigation, estimation, and autopilot systems for UAV platforms. The position involves owning the GNC architecture end-to-end, from control design and software implementation through flight testing and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, make technical decisions, and drive system improvements based on flight data.
