Lead Hand, Ground Equipment Mechanic

This role involves coordinating the daily activities of a Ground Equipment Mechanics team while actively participating in the maintenance and repair of Air Transat's ground support equipment and vehicles. The position requires ensuring operational efficiency, completing work within established timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with procedures. The incumbent reports to the Manager, Ground Equipment Maintenance and supports the airline's mission to provide excellent service.
