About this role

The Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Lead at ALTEN Technology USA will architect, develop, and deploy NGCM HWIL systems for Guidance, Navigation, and Control validation. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment, and serving as the technical interface between avionics, propulsion, and program management. The position also includes supporting customer capture efforts and traveling to partner sites for integration support.

Responsibilities

Define HWIL system architecture for NGCM baseline and future variants
Lead integration of avionics, GEU, seeker, and propulsion interfaces
Manage HWIL engineering team including electrical and software engineers
Develop validation and verification strategies for GNC algorithms
Interface with Army and industry partners for technical capture efforts
