About this role
The Lead Health Unit Coordinator is a clinical leadership role supporting clinical operations under the direction of the Clinical Manager. This part-time (0.75 FTE) position works 12-hour rotating day/night shifts with weekend and holiday rotation. The role balances oversight of the HUC function with continued hands-on HUC duties to maintain proficiency and support unit performance.
