Lead Host

The Lead Host, also known as the Maitre D', serves as the primary steward of the guest experience from arrival through departure. This role oversees the host stand, manages reservations and walk-ins, coordinates seating flow, and sets the tone for hospitality standards. The position focuses on guest flow, first impressions, and service orchestration to ensure a seamless front-of-house experience.
