About this role

Lead HR & Payroll Functional Analyst responsible for designing and implementing HR and payroll services for a strategic client programme, shaping service delivery and user experience across a multi-phase transformation. The role leads a team of Functional Analysts and SMEs, contributes to Capita’s Service Blueprint and Operating Model, and oversees transition, testing, and post-launch support. Reporting to the Operations Workstream Lead, the role ensures alignment between client requirements and Capita’s solution capabilities.
