The Lead, HR System Design is a technical HR Systems professional responsible for the hands-on administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications. This role serves as a key technical resource within the HR Transformation organization, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, support system enhancements, execute testing activities, manage releases, and maintain system functionality.
