The Lead IAM Engineer/Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of enterprise identity and access management solutions at FINRA. The role focuses on architecting and overseeing IAM platforms (including SailPoint IdentityIQ) across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments and reports to a Director or Senior Director. The position partners with security, compliance, and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, auditability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
