Lead Informaticist

The Lead Informaticist serves as a senior technical individual contributor responsible for building and governing the data and analytical foundation supporting CenterWell Traditional Pharmacy's evolving analytics environment. This role involves designing and developing curated data products, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical standards to enable reliable use of AI-assisted capabilities like Databricks Genie One. The position ensures that the analytical environment accurately reflects business expectations, including KPI calculations, data relationships, and governance, while bridging gaps in data capabilities to support end-to-end performance evaluation.
