Lead Inspector

The Lead Inspector role provides leadership and direction to a team of compliance professionals responsible for delivering inspections, investigations, audits, and other regulatory activities across Liquor & Gaming NSW's areas of responsibility. This highly varied position combines operational leadership with hands-on regulatory expertise, guiding and mentoring team members while supporting complex investigations and monitoring performance. The role involves regular field-based activities, including rostered weekend and after-hours deployments, and offers the opportunity to influence both operational delivery and broader regulatory outcomes.
