Lead Integration and Test Technician

Castelion is seeking a Lead Integration and Test Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of complex aerospace and defense hardware. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and test teams to build and integrate mechanical and electromechanical assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements. The position involves mentoring junior technicians, managing daily production activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
