Lead IOP Counselor

The Lead IOP Counselor assists the Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director in delivering clinical and administrative services to IOP patients and their families. This senior role involves serving as a working role model for other counselors, overseeing caseloads, and ensuring adherence to program policies and standards. The position requires coordinating peer reviews, participating in on-call rotations, and supporting the training and supervision of IOP interns and counselors.
