Lead IT Business Analyst

The Lead IT Business Analyst partners with business leaders, IT, and vendors to define future-state processes, validate requirements, and streamline workflows for NiSource's Customer Information Systems Transformation project. This role acts as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations, deliverables, and timelines while managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The position supports the Customer Transformation team in modernizing customer experience through changes to process, technology, and ways of working.
