Neurophos
Neurophos is seeking a hands‑on Lead IT Engineer to own and build the company's IT infrastructure across its Austin and Sunnyvale sites, transitioning services from a managed service provider to an in‑house operation. The role will design and manage private Linux compute environments, identity platforms, network architecture, and endpoint fleets while guiding the insourcing roadmap and future team growth.
We develop OPUs (optical processing units) that are 100x faster and 100x more energy efficient than current GPUs. Neurophos' OPUs compute massive matrix multiplications fully in-memory, with extremely high clock speeds
