Lead Kubernetes Architect (AKS and GKE)

Humana is seeking a Lead Kubernetes Architect to lead the architecture, engineering standards, and lifecycle strategy for enterprise Kubernetes platforms, with a primary focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). This role involves partnering across multiple teams to define reference architectures, establish best practices, and drive platform adoption at enterprise scale. The position requires hands-on leadership to shape standards, solve complex technical issues, and mentor engineers while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly automated Kubernetes capabilities.
