Lead Lifeguard

The Lead Lifeguard ensures the safety of swimmers at the Chilson Recreation Center Pool, overseeing all aspects of aquatics safety and pool operations in the absence of supervisory staff. This part-time, non‑benefitted role requires lifeguarding, customer service experience, and current certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and First Aid, and includes responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, emergency response, and assisting with swim lesson programs.
