Lead Line Cook

The Whit is seeking a Lead Line Cook to serve as the strongest non-leadership cook, bridging the gap between line cook and hourly leadership. This role involves independently running multiple stations, supporting shift flow, and mentoring newer team members while maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen organization. The position requires a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in a polished-casual or fine-dining kitchen who is passionate about scratch-made cuisine and building a premier destination.
