The Medicaid Long-Term Supports and Services (LTSS) Process Improvement Lead analyzes and measures the effectiveness of Medicaid LTSS business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements. The role benchmarks best practices, evaluates how technology can support process re-engineering, and advises leadership on functional strategies. The position works across the organization and with external partners to support program goals and compliance.
