Lead Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist, Algorithms & Research

The Lead Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist will design and build Dynamic Memory Management capabilities for LLM-powered experiences, focusing on how systems store, update, compress, retrieve, and apply knowledge across sessions and workflows. The role emphasizes production-grade memory architectures that integrate structured and unstructured signals, RAG + memory fusion, and reliable function/tool-calling. You will partner with engineering, research, product, and trust & safety teams to transition prototypes into measurable, production-ready systems that improve personalization, reduce hallucinations, and increase task success. The position is part of the Algorithms & Research organization and contributes to long-term autonomous workflow capabilities.
