Lead Machine Operator

The Lead Machine Operator plays a critical role in plant production by adjusting Merchandise, Grocery, or Sack paper bag machines and supervising Machine Operators to meet production goals and standards. This position serves as the first-line supervisor for operators and utility personnel, ensuring machines run on schedule and at the required production speed. The role involves monitoring bag quality, assisting with machine changeovers, and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
