Lead Maintenance

The Lead Maintenance position is responsible for leading the maintenance operation of the community by protecting physical assets, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and maintaining a safe, attractive, and market-ready property. This role involves planning daily maintenance activities, coaching maintenance personnel, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all maintenance operations are completed safely and efficiently. The position serves as the maintenance leader at the community and supports the Property Manager in achieving business objectives.
