About this role
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role drives recruitment and manpower growth for one agency by designing initiatives, incentives, marketing and events to recruit and retain Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers. The role leads Manpower Development Managers, develops policies and processes, and provides data analysis and reporting on recruitment, performance and attrition.
