Lead, Manufacturing - Cell Culture (Nights)

The Manufacturing Lead performs and documents daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, including operating process equipment and executing validation protocols. This role serves as a key preparatory position for the Manufacturing Shift Manager, coordinating shift activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires strong technical expertise in upstream manufacturing processes and the ability to lead by example across teams and shifts.
