The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives for diverse electronic assemblies and products. This role involves designing tooling, supporting equipment upgrades, and driving process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and lead quality improvement initiatives.
