Lead Material Planner

As a Material Planner at Base, you will drive the operational backbone of the manufacturing supply chain by owning end-to-end material planning strategies for critical components. This role involves translating production demands into executable supply plans, managing inventory health, and collaborating across engineering, procurement, and finance to support factory scale-up. You will act as a primary interface for suppliers while refining planning systems and processes to ensure production velocity and resilience.
