Lead Mechanic

This role involves supervising and directing the work of mechanics and lower classifications within the NSA Maintenance department, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed according to Federal Aviation Regulations and company manuals. The Lead Mechanic is responsible for assigning job cards, maintaining work records, and proactively resolving issues while ensuring team adherence to safety and quality control procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of Boeing transport category aircraft maintenance and the ability to lead a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
