Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

This role leads highly complex mechanical hardware designs for customer or innovation projects, ensuring technical milestones are met and guiding team members' designs. The incumbent directs mechanical design aspects with minimal supervision, partners with system architects to define mechanical and thermal architectures, and mentors less experienced engineers. They are responsible for validating complex products, assembling prototypes, and managing external component suppliers to ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
