About this role
The Lead Mechanical Engineer, Motor/Generator will own the technical vision and end-to-end development of rotating machinery that converts mechanical and electrical power for a marine energy device. The role is hands-on and cross-functional, working with electromagnetics, electrical, fluids, manufacturing, and testing teams to design, build, and deploy generator/motor systems in harsh offshore environments. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, prototyping, and field deployment of robust, long-duration hardware.
