The Lead Medical Assistant supervises Medical Assistant staff within Strive Health’s kidney care program, supporting staff performance, training, and chart auditing. This hybrid role helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care by overseeing MA workflows and supporting in-person, telehealth, and in-home patient visits. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Nurse Practitioner and acts as a market subject matter expert for MA operations.
