The Lead Medical Assistant supervises Medical Assistant staff supporting Strive Health’s kidney care program, ensuring efficient clinical and administrative operations. The role supports training, chart auditing, scheduling, and quality of care while coordinating in-person, clinic, and in-home patient visits. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Nurse Practitioner and operates in a hybrid capacity.

Qualifications
- 6+ Years Medical Assistant Experience
