Lead Medical Technologist

The Lead Medical Technologist oversees day-to-day activities of assigned departments within the laboratory and acts as a support and subject matter expert for the laboratory and hospital staff. The role ensures compliance with applicable federal, State and local regulatory agencies requirements and smooth operation of the laboratory. The position requires performing a variety of routine and complex procedures with speed and accuracy, along with assisting in decision-making, problem solving and troubleshooting.
