The Lead Member Advisor serves as the branch's primary operational and frontline leadership resource, supporting daily operations while fostering a high-performing, member-focused environment. This role combines advanced member service and lending expertise with operational oversight, workflow coordination, and team support responsibilities. The position acts as a subject matter expert for branch policies, procedures, systems, and transaction processing, providing guidance and coaching to frontline staff to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
