conxai
A Lead MLOps Engineer at CONXAI builds and optimizes the infrastructure for agentic AI, focusing on training automation, model deployment, and lifecycle management of AI systems. The role ensures reliable, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions for high-stakes workflows in the AEC and physical industries.
CONXAI builds AI specifically for the construction industry — “AI that understands construction” — to automate high‑stakes, knowledge‑intensive workflows trapped in fragmented tools, siloed data, and undocumented tacit knowledge. Its platform and products (notably SiteLens and DocNostic) ingest and connect documents, drawings, field reports, and other project data to extract actionable insights. The goal is to surface institutional knowledge, accelerate decision‑making, and reduce risk across owners, contractors, and engineering teams. CONXAI positions itself as an integrative layer that scales construction know‑how and intelligence across the project lifecycle.
