Lead MLOps Engineer

The Lead MLOps Engineer serves as the senior-most individual contributor responsible for the enterprise AI platform at VWFS, defining the technical vision and standards for an AWS-based MLOps platform. This role combines hands-on implementation of ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI workloads with strategic leadership to ensure platform scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. The position involves driving executive investment decisions, establishing enterprise-wide standards, and collaborating across Data, AI, and Governance teams to advance the long-term AI roadmap.
