Lead Modeler

The Lead Modeler is responsible for owning the Revit electrical BIM model from project kickoff through coordination closeout, ensuring model quality and effective coordination with multiple trades. This role serves as the primary BIM point of contact, directing support modelers and collaborating with project management and field teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The position requires strong expertise in Revit, eVolve MEP, Autodesk Forma, and Navisworks Manage, along with a deep understanding of electrical construction and prefabrication processes.
