Lead MOS

The Lead MOS supports clinic operations by managing appointment templates, coordinating scheduling, handling patient registration and billing issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for front office staff. This role ensures accurate appointment scheduling, verifies insurance information, prepares charts, and assists with patient discharge and follow‑up processes.
