About this role
The Lead Narrative Designer at Lab42 Games heads the narrative team to create and deliver compelling game stories, establishing high-level themes and narrative arcs. The role collaborates closely with studio and game leadership to ensure narrative supports the overall game vision. It includes contributing to pitches and proposals for new projects and shaping the narrative direction across titles. This is a 12‑month fixed term contract based in Leamington Spa within Sumo Digital’s Lab42 studio.
