Lead New Student Mentor

The Lead New Student Mentor works on the TXWES Orientation team to guide and support a group of New Student Mentors while assisting in the planning and facilitation of orientation events such as New Student Registration Days and Ram Camp. This role provides advanced peer‑leadership experience, helping incoming students transition to Texas Wesleyan University and developing the mentor’s leadership, project management, and mentorship skills.
