Lead of AI Infrastructure Platform will architect and operate the foundation for AstraZeneca’s AI-driven R&D, building a resilient, sovereign, and cost‑optimized "Compound AI System." The role converts raw compute into strategic assets and serves as the primary authority on hardware‑software co‑design to enable training, fine‑tuning, and large‑scale deployment of frontier models. You will lead an elite team to move AI efforts from proof‑of‑concept to proof‑of‑impact across the organization.
