About this role

The Lead of Operational & Technology Risk will own and design the enterprise operational risk framework for a globally distributed brokerage platform, establishing taxonomy, risk appetite, and resiliency programs. This role partners with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to assess new products and markets, manage issues and risk events, and build AI‑native tooling to enhance risk practices.
