Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in offensive security
- OSCP, OSCE, GIAC or similar certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS
- Hands-on experience with Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Nmap
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams
