About this role

As the founding Lead, Offensive Security (AI & Tooling), you will own the in-house AI agent platform powering penetration testing and red team operations. This hands-on technical leadership role involves setting the strategic direction for offensive AI, building production-grade autonomous agents, and establishing evaluation harnesses for adversarial testing. You will collaborate with specialized security professionals to create faster, broader, and more autonomous offensive capabilities while protecting healthcare data.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and roadmap for the in-house AI agent platform
Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agents for offensive operations
Red-team enterprise AI systems against prompt injection and model extraction
Establish evaluation harnesses to track agent autonomous success rates
Mentor engineers and publish the offensive-AI roadmap and KPIs

Qualifications

6+ years in Red Team or Penetration TestingProduction Python engineering experienceHands-on experience building AI agents or LLM applicationsExperience attacking AI/ML systems (prompt injection, jailbreaking)Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
