Lead Operations Certification & Support Consultant

This role is responsible for the accurate execution of billing, collection, and receivables tracking for all Diner’s Club Franchises, alongside various cash management, research, and support functions. The position involves reviewing contracts and pricing schedules to implement appropriate billing parameters and assisting in the development and testing of fee billing processes. It also requires supporting franchises and cross-functional areas to resolve issues and manage cash receipts.
