Lead Operative

The Lead Stores Operative at Diversey supervises and directs day-to-day stores and warehouse activities, prioritising tasks across loading bay, goods in/out, lifts and production supply. The role ensures continuous supply of raw materials and packaging to production, supports site KPIs and H&S targets, and acts as lead in the Stores Manager's absence. The position involves mentoring and training operatives, conducting inventory counts and audits, and participating in site meetings and investigations.
